Delivery Of Temporary
Surgical scans need to be received by Allure Dental Studio prior to noon the day of surgery. The temporary will be delivered to your office within 24 to 72 hours depending on your location.
Allure Dental Studio will provide you with a PMMA temporary, new Rosen screws, and a 050 driver.
Make sure your patient follows a soft diet while healing.

Seating the Temporary
Remove the Suture Caps® from the patient’s mouth.
Use a surgical suction to remove any debris around each MUA prior to seating the temporary. Do not torque any abutments.
Do not use your high-volume suction as it will not be adequate for the job.
Place the PMMA in the patient’s mouth, making sure that it seats passively and that all debris have been removed.
Hand torque the PMMA with the provided screws and driver.
Check and equilibrate the bite if needed. If the bite is off, please follow these steps. We highly recommend to avoid CO in the anterior region.
Plug the access holes with Teflon tape and finish sealing with impression material.
Remind the patient about the soft diet protocol and hygiene.
